Seeking opportunities for leadership and mentorship, Jeff transitioned into a managerial role within the company.
After reflecting on his career, Jeff decided to refine his manual therapy skills and pursue specialized training at a small private practice. Under the guidance of a mentor specialized in various manual therapy techniques, he provided personalized, one-on-one care to his patients. As he also explored home health agency work, Jeff catered to a diverse group of clients. He discovered a deep appreciation for the personalized approach of treating patients in their own homes.
These experiences inspired Jeff to establish CustomFit, a physical therapy practice specializing in concierge services delivered to clients’ homes. By prioritizing individualized attention and comprehensive care, CustomFit caters to patients of all ages and with diverse injury backgrounds across the greater Chicago area.
