Physical health is an ongoing practice that builds with age. Our wellness and healthy aging programs help our clients proactively invest in their long-term health.
Who This Is For
- You want a real measurement of how your body is functioning.
- You are in your third act and intend to spend it doing things you enjoy.
- You are steady enough now but have noticed yourself reaching for the handrail.
- Someone in your life has had a fall and you want them to move safely.
- You have arthritis and want to stay active without making it worse.
Why This Matters Now
When balance, strength, and aerobic capacity are practiced regularly, they improve long-term health. If you
make the choice to support your body now, you can continue to do the things you care about most.
How We Work
We start by measuring rather than guessing. Our assessments involve a VO2 max test, a metabolic rate test,
and a complete physical evaluation, so you get a full picture of your health. From there we build a program
you can maintain, delivered at home, at whatever pace fits your life
- A full evaluation: history, movement, and observing the joints above and below the painful one
- Hands-on treatment where needed, delivered by therapists trained in advanced manual technique.
- A program you can actually do, built around your home, your schedule, and your equipment.
- A plan that keeps it from coming back, which is the part most courses of therapy skip.
What We Offer
- Longevity & Performance Testing — VO2 max, metabolic rate, and full-body evaluation for proactive health strategies.
- Balance & Fall Prevention — assessment and training aimed at the specific systems that cause instability.
- Mobility & Flexibility — restoring your range of motion so you can do more.
- Arthritis Management — staying active with arthritis rather than staying put.
- Weight Management — movement-led, focusing on functional strength without pain.

FAQs
Do I need to experience health problems to benefit from this?
No. Although we work with clients who are experiencing symptoms associated with aging, this practice is also aimed at healthy individuals. Our sessions are always customized for you and your wellness goals.
Is there an age when this stops being worthwhile?
No. Balance and strength respond to training at every age, even in your nineties. The programs and exercises may change, but the principle of proactive health does not.
